Ortofon MF6 Single Pack - 1 x DJ Cartridge fitted with stylus Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This cartridge has worked well so far for me. It seems to be a good low cost unit with suprisingly good sound and excellent channel seperation. It does track quite a bit heavier than the Shure V15 RS it replaced, I am tracking it at 2 1/2 grams on my older MCS turntable.

Ortofon Concorde DJ S Kit - DJ Cartridge includes extra stylus Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I love Ortofon's. I've been a vinyl DJ for 12 years and have used nothing but Ortofon needles. The Concord series is especially useful because it's easier to see where you are at on the record. The sound from these needles are crisp, loud, and clear. They also last quite awhile and I play for at least an hour every day. My last DJ series needles lasted a few years before they needed changing. I currently use two different Ortofon needles. I use the DJ series for at home because the stylus is sphercial therefore it is not wearing out the grooves in the record too quickly. I use the Nightclub series for when I play out. The nightclubs needles are special elliptical which means they track better and basically sound better than the DJ series but they will wear out the grooves quicker than the DJ Series. I will never use any other needle other than Ortofon. Quality needles are essential to DJ's and that is the reason why Ortofon are #1.

N95ED Replacement Stylus Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Bought this as a replacement for a Shure M95-ED because I loved the price. Unfortunately, it may be a case of getting what you pay for. Everything sounded a little flat, gauzy almost. A lack of clarity. Had to crank up the tracking force to get a sound closer to what I expect -- and that's a sign of a bad, after-market stylus. Better options are available online, though perhaps not on Amazon.

Ortofon Concorde Pro Twin Pack - 2 x DJ Cartridges each fitted with stylus Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I have been using Ortofon needles for over 12 years as a professional DJ, and this product is the best I've used from the company! The packaging is excellent and keeps your needles safe. It was great to buy the pair as a set instead of individually, which was the usual way the the needles were packaged in the past. The silver needles are much sturdier than the blue, black, and neon yellow models I have used. It comes with a handy brush to get rid of the pesky lint and dust on your records. I highly recommend this product to anyone who uses vinyl!

Ortofon OM Pro S Single Pack - 1 x DJ Cartridge fitted with stylus Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)i like this cart. use it as a 78 rpm mono cart because it can track at 5 grams
and still it sounds good. Good for 45 rpm mono and ep also due to its high tracking force. i use it on a stanton T80.

Ortofon OM DigiTrack Single Pack - 1 x DJ Cartridge fitted with stylus Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I have owned just about every needle available to djs. These are great right out of the box. The Qberts/Nightclubs/etc all need some wear in time. The problem IMO is that these tend to wear down quite fast. Also, a fun fact, its actually cheaper to buy an OM kit with 2 stylus's then it is to buy 2 replacement stylus
This is a great needle...i recommend over the qberts (too loud/too sensitive)

Ortofon Concorde Pro S Single Pack - 1 x DJ Cartridge fitted with stylus Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I purchase two cartridges w/ stylus (Ortofon Concorde S) a couple weeks back, when I got them they were both blemished as if they had been used before and one of them outright didn't work. So I sent them back and only got one back in return, fortunately it was unblemished and actually worked nicely. After calling Amazon sent the second one, which came after a week since UPS lost the package. However, this one also didn't work, I tested it on a couple different turntables to make sure - it still didn't work. So I decided to send them back, Amazon claims it is the manufacturer's fault, regardless I will never buy dj equipment from Amazon again and I will definitely not buy Ortofon.

Odyssey CF3630 Carpeted Foldout Stand For Combo Racks And Dj Coffins Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I have a large coffin that can hold a 12 inch mixer, as well as two turntables.... normal seated postion. (not battle style)This foldout stand is lightweight, but sturdy enough to hold my fully loaded coffin. The shelf is great to have, as I can store my extra cables, etc. sometimes I use it as a drink shelf ;)
the handle is just as sturdy as the frame, and it is easy to carry around.
The height is perfect enough, and I am 6'1.
Great purchase, great price, and this product is great quality!

Ortofon OM Serato S-120 single DJ cartridge premounted on SH-4 Serato Headshell Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)The S-120 is the first cartridge with a built in suspension system. One little spring in the needle and the whole game has changed! Performance is the word that comes to mind when I think of the S-120. I have used these cartridges with SSL, TSP, and my personal vinyl collection. These cartridges can even stand their ground against any other cartridge including the shure M44-7 which is in my opinion the best cartridge on the market. I give the S-120 a 5 out of 5 for quality and performance.

Ortofon Concorde Pro S Twin Pack - 2 x DJ Cartridges each fitted with stylus Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)The Pro-S is an ok Catridge. Any cartridge with a built in headshell is going to require alot of weight to be able to stay in the groove such as the Pro-S. I tried these carriages and sent them back because they didn't have the wight I needed to pull of explosive scratching.

Ortofon Spherical DJ Stylus (Blue) Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I've tried several Ortofon DJ Stylus products and I always end up back at their Blue series. Although one could say that how you perceive the quality of audio from a vinyl source depends on a myriad of factors such as your RIAA pre-amp (built into your mixer or not), the quality of the vinyl, your speaker cables and finally your speakers themselves. I have sought to have a respectable setup and this has given me a perspective on the differences in how each stylus sounds. Not the best (Perhaps the nightclub series) however they are durable and can be used for time coded vinyl for products such as Final Scratch. I'll actually keep my old ones around for timecoded vinyl because the pick-up is good enough that the styli can be years old and I can still track my records just fine.

Ortofon Concorde Pro S Set Cartridge with 1 Extra Stylus Black Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I've been running old gospel records to CD for some time now. Wore out the turntable's stock stylus, then went through two Audio Technica ones (the ATP-2XN ones), then a Stanton, then this. I think this Ortofon is the best I've had yet. Tracks even better than the Stanton, and clarity is just a shade better than the Audio Technicas.
What I really, really, REALLY like though, is you don't have to spend all that time turning tiny screws in the headshell. There is no headshell. This thing turned a fifteen minute tedious replacement into about twelve seconds.
And no, I'm not an Ortofon employee paid to write a good review. :P I just thought I'd drop a word in for them. If I find a different cartridge that does better, I'll edit this to recommend the better one.
