(More customer reviews)I purchase two cartridges w/ stylus (Ortofon Concorde S) a couple weeks back, when I got them they were both blemished as if they had been used before and one of them outright didn't work. So I sent them back and only got one back in return, fortunately it was unblemished and actually worked nicely. After calling Amazon sent the second one, which came after a week since UPS lost the package. However, this one also didn't work, I tested it on a couple different turntables to make sure - it still didn't work. So I decided to send them back, Amazon claims it is the manufacturer's fault, regardless I will never buy dj equipment from Amazon again and I will definitely not buy Ortofon.
