Behringer HPS3000 Live Sound Monitor Review

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these headphones. I have owned many different styles and brands of headphones in the past and to reach the quality of these one would expect to pay quite alot more than these. The Bass response is unbelievable, High end is crisp and clear. I use them mainly with my computer and the sound is excellent. I can only imagine how they would sound thru a true stereo. If your looking for a great set of headphones believe me, you dont have to pay alot to get great quality. You will be impressed.
UPDATE ON HEADPHONES
I purchased these back in jan of 05, and as of July 5, 2006 they are still going strong!! They still work as good as they did the day i recvd them. WOW.. in this day and age.. anything that lasts this long is worth the money....The price of these headphones are still unbelievable!!

KRK KNS6400 Studio Headphones Review

The KRK name speaks for itself. And these headphones live up to the name. They have excellent reproduction across all frequencies, from what I can tell, especially in the bass range. In my home studio I created a pop-style mix with a vocal track over multiple orchestral instruments, and these headphone monitors never let me down. The final mix turned out wonderfully.
The KRKs are cushioned and comfortable to wear for long periods of time. They have good sound insulation to cut out background noise, but are breathable enough so that you don't sweat.

Nady DJH-2000 DJ Headphones Review

After reading the two reviews for these headphones I decided to order the DJH-2000 thinking I could get a nice price on a pair of Hi-Fi headphones. I believe the reviews are inaccurate and I was slightly disappointed when I received them. The sound quality is decent. The build quality is flimsy & consists of cheap plastic parts. They've gotten a fair amount of use the last 2 months and no parts have broken or snapped yet.

I used these headpones last night. I've been a DJ @ a nightclub for 4 years and these are by far the best headphones I've had that were sub $20. They do well at blocking out outside noise as well as great range response in what you hear and it's well capable of boiling your brain from the volume level it's capable of producing!

Behringer HPS5000 Closed-Type High-Performance Studio Headphones Review

ive had theese for over a year now(i have them on at least 4-6 hours a day), and i never regret buying them. theyre cheap and durable, have clean sound with Excellent bass playback (for the price..)
They didnt quite fit my ears well, and theyre uncomfortable to wear for people with long-ish hair, so what i did is i retracted them all the way, and i wear them as a behind-the-neck headphones. this way you get MUCH better "grip" with your years, and sound won't "leak out". Tho you might be getting headaches for wearing them for too long first couple tiems.
k..
PROS: Price(seriously.. 30 bucks?). Sound quality. theyre well built(as i said, im using them for over a year now). 1/8 to 1/4 connector! use them with your guitar amp and PC!
Cons: Cord. Its too short. No mic.... not really a con worth removing a star.
Conclusion: They might seem like a pair of cheap and agile 99c store headphones but theyre not. this is a high-quality product for very VERY cheap. If you are on a budget and you need high-quality headphones no need to look further. this product is for you.

American Audio HP-700 Professional Headphones Review

So within a week of receiving these for Christmas I noticed that the cord had come out its connection to the head phone, leaving all the little wires exposed... after around three or four instances of this happening over the next two days I realized I could not simply shove it back into the headphone. So I sealed it in with some hot glue and I was set. Fast forward to about a month later and I sit down in my bed and pick up my head phones-not realizing a part of the cord is stuck under me-and consequently yank the cord out of the headphone again, this time pulling the wires out along with it, rendering the headphones useless. I was definitely not picking these headphones up with all of my strength, they are lightweight and I'm gentle with them, I feel like with a good pair of headphones the cord would have merely tugged a bit and I would have sat up to pull the cord out from under me. Instead I now need to buy new head phones.

Stanton DJ PRO 60W DJ Pro 60 Headphones (White) Review

Terrible set of headphones. Uncomfortable fit, and they look really, really ugly and awkward. Mediocre sound quality, broke very easily. I would never buy these again. It was a terrible waste of money. I would much rather buy a slightly more expensive pair than go for these, because they broke and had to be replaced far too soon. I wouldn't recommend these for use with an mp3 player at all, because the cord is wayyyy too long for easy portability.

Marathon Djh-1100 Professional High Performance Stereo Dj Headphones Review

Given that these headphones come in at the upper end of the lower price range they sound very good. The higher frequencies are definitely there. The midrange could use a bit more definition. Overall the imaging could be better. Like the reviewer said before me the bass isn't deep as you would expect, but I will in this case let them wear in a little bit before saying that they could use more bass. Definitely better than the Numark and a much better value than the higher price Technics DJ headphones. I must also comment that there is a low white noise distortion that is constantly present. This could be do to an impedance mismatch. I am playing these on a high quality Yamaha receiver and listening to a CD on a Yamaha CD player so go figure.
EDIT: The white noise has gone away. I guess the high end on these babies is so good that it will pick up hiss in even alledgely DDD recordings of classical music. Right now these headphones should feel lucky because they are the cheapest ones in my rotation along with the Sennheiser HD-280's, Sony V700's, and Sony 7506's all of which cost much more.
EDIT: For home use the Behringer 3000 sound better with flatter response. The Audio Technica ATH-M 40's which I got for a steal and if you can get them as low of a price as I did they would be a much better value than this headphone. For DJ's I don't know. This is still the best headphone for it's price even though I've picked up some coloration in the midrange that has an unpleasant sound sometimes.
