This truss system is heavy duty a lot better in person than the photos can produce. everything is 1 1/2" aluminum black anodized tubing very well built. The legs are adjustable.Just be careful and remember to open the legs up for stability if you go up with a lot of lights. This Item came in perfect condition. Amazing since of all the weather conditions back east.This Item came from N.Y. and i live in NM.I'm a Happy Camper,and Amazon.com is the place to shop for me. Keep up the good work.Thanks. T.C.

(More customer reviews)As a basic structure, this thing works at best OK. Nuts and bolts fall away easily, instructions are poor, and it needs a lot of love to be worth using a lot. Get a couple of tree stands and you'll be better serviced.

(More customer reviews)It really is big. I had to set it up in my back yard because it was way too big to set up in my house. The whole thing is way better then I expected.
You do have to buy an O-Clamp if you want to attach something to the trusses, but you still have 4 spots to attach lights on either side.

Odyssey LTMTS3 10' Wide Mobile Truss System With Two T-Bars Review

(More customer reviews)After reading the one star review I had my doubts. The photos of this Truss System looked like most other truss systems that sell for MUCH more money, so I decided to go for it.
The system is made in China. Assembling the system was straight forward... no rocket science required here.... It takes 2 people to put the truss on the stands (duh). The truss is solid. In order to transport the system I ordered a $30 Truss bag (forget the boxes... they were never meant to be used to carry this system). With Amazon Prime the 2 day shipping of the 50lb system was free.
All in all, a great bargain for the price. I took one star off the rating because one of the plastic handles for the Twist-knobs was broken when it arrived... nothing some Superglue couldn't handle... just cosmetic stuff.
Again, considering the price, a good deal. I'm happy with it.

(More customer reviews)For my Studio 54 disco party I'm going all out! Bought this light tripod for my disco ball and my American DJ LED Vertigo Disco Light. I haven't received the Vertigo light yet so this video is just of the disco ball! It wasn't easy to put together! Once I realized the top most pole had sunk down into the device it got easier. I pulled it out I was able to get the thing together with the instructions I found online. There is a PDF on the american dj.com website. Search by model. Cheers!

(More customer reviews)Great bag. Very well made. I wish it were about a half foot longer though. Most people leave their truss connectors attached to the center pole on the stand to save time from having to re align them later. This bag is too small to fit if you leave the center pole in the tri pod with connectors attached. You will need to remove it and place it in the bag separately. Not a big deal but just requires a little more time for setup.
