(More customer reviews)I purchased this item from Musician's Friends a couple weeks ago. This type of equipment tends to be really expensive, but this one was under $90 bucks and it didn't take me long to find out why; Needless to say the one I got didn't work but that is beyond the point. Warranty is ridiculous, the manufacturer won't even stand by its product. The documentation (which by the way resembles cheap Chinese souvenirs manuals) has more paragraphs listing warranty exceptions than pages explaining the product. Getting customer support is wishful thinking. Bottom line is that if it looks too good to be true, it probably is!
