(More customer reviews)If you're willing to roll with Numark on the iDJ2, you might as well go all the way and make your life easier with this coupling of gear.
The case is a case: sure, strong and true...just like every other case out there. Where this package really helps is with the addition of the keyboard. You may think that you can scroll pretty fast through your iPod even in DJ situations, but if you have a significant library on there, you'll notice that scrolling locks up the display for a few seconds sometimes and makes searching long lists a real pain. This keyboard pretty much makes that issue go away,and it's an important issue if you're like me and using this piece of gear as your main DJ unit. If you're only using it as a side piece and pulling a couple of tracks here and there, this package might be overkill.
If you have an iDJ2 and you actually use it outside of your house, get it. If you don't have one, this has no purpose.
