Never have had to call technical support. Battries last a long time up to 4 gigs before recharging. Just can't say
enough about them. Very pleased and would highly reccommend them to anyone who doesn't want to sacrafice quality for price! Tried them next to my Sure SM58 and they actually sounded better!
