(More customer reviews)I was pleased with the speed of deliver of this product and its overall performance and construction. I have been using the headsets once a week to assist the dance instructors in one of the programs that I participate at as a volunteer. The sound quality is quite good, clear, loud and the range more than ample for a dance floor with over thirty people in a space roughly 40'x40'. I would give this product a better rating ... however, the last two dance sessions, I have noticed that one of the headsets is experiencing some drop-out. I checked the batteries and even replaced them with new ones but the problem is still there albeit less so. Don't know what may be the cause, whether the product has a defect or could it be due to something else, like rf interference or even placement of the receiver. Both headsets functioned quite well initially so I've got my fingers crossed that the problem is not with the equipment.
