(More customer reviews)I got one of these and one of the channels didn't work properly. You could barely hear any audio coming through it with it turned all the way up. So I decided to return it and get the same exact model. Stupid idea, since once again, one of the channels didn't work correctly. It would come through all distorted. So all I can say is, stay away from Pyramid's products, especially this one.
