(More customer reviews)I was looking for a pair of JBL Bullet tweeters to compliment the two I already have. The JBL's have been discontinued and used ones are as expensive as when they were new. I stumbled across the Marathon BTW-1600 but I dismissed them at first because of the low price. After searching for a suitable replacement I came back to the Marathons. I must say that I am blown away at the sound and efficiency of these tweeters. I honestly can't tell the difference between them and my JBL's. They are clean, clear and crisp and reproduce everything within the band pass I have them set up for (4500Hz thru 20000Hz). Don't let the price fool you these are very good tweeters.
