It worked for only 3 minutes playing my regular CD. Then I excitedly switched to an MP3 CD, as this product was advertised as capable. It did not work. I powered it off, and on, and tried again . . . several times. Just froze.
So then I switched it back to the regular CD, the same CD that was working 10 minutes ago. The unit is still frozen . . . it won't work. I powered it off, and on, and tried again . . . several more times. Just frustrating.
So I called Gemini tech support, and after going through some steps, the tech decided the unit is defective. They'll replace it. Do you think I want a replacement? Of course, not. I'm afraid it would happen again right in the middle of my DJ'ing party, that would be embarrassing! So I refused a replacement.
Problem with returning to the vendor, UNIQUE SQUARED is that they charged me a 15% re-stocking fee. Sucks.
A very bad experience, from the beginning. If it's possible to give less than one star rating, this product and vendor deserve it. And do you think I'll buy again from UNIQUE SQUARED?
