(More customer reviews)I ordered this machine for my dad. I was a little apprehensive because it was cheaper than other models and some of the reviews said it was difficult to use. Well I completely disagree with the other reviews. I inserted the installation disc, followed the instructions for installation, plugged the machine into the computer and BAM! My dad's favorite record album is now both in his iTunes and on a CD. I'm not a techie or computer whiz by any means, but I'd say this product was easy to operate and did a great job. It receives two thumbs up from this shopper.
