I've had a MIDI player for the longest time and wanted something better. After researching online, I decided to give BM-2000 a try. This player is very user friendly and reliable with lots of useful functions. I was able to transfer my DVD files directly onto the hard drive to expand the song library. I did have trouble changing the video setting to HDMI mode (I also did not read the user manual) but I called their technical support line and they were able to help me right away (without being on hold forever). Great customer service! This is a must have for people who hold lots of parties at home! Very entertaining for all my guests!
