(More customer reviews)When it first arrived it was so big I had to take it out of the box to transport it to my son's apt. Once there we discovered that they had sent a wrong part. Customer Service at Musician's friend was very sympathetic and helpful, but the bottom line was we had to sent it back to them. At their cost of course, but I still had to load and repackage it. The replacement arrived broken! This item ships in one box and weights 129 pounds! It's 100 percent engineered wood and NOT a good buy. I haven't had my account credited for the 2nd return at this point. BUT, I am sure I will. Musician's Friend, which is the vendor was great. BUT, the product is not worth the 367.00 I paid for it.
