Good sturdy unit for the money. The holes do not line up with the Karaoke machine speakers as suggested, but two of the screws can be put in. Like I said it is a sturdy stand. The important thing to consider is the lining up of the holes for your speakers. I have two screws holding my speakers instead of the four that I would like.

I think this stand is a great value. I just want to add some notes that aren't in the product description. From the photo, it looks like there's a flange a few inches from the top. I imagined that maybe this was a reversible piece to handle 1-3/8" or 1-1/2" speakers, but no. This is a 1-3/8" speaker stand. The top part of the picture and the flange are the piece that you install into your speaker. It might just work as an adapter, but I can't say. The problem with that is that the flange and hat just rest on the stand by gravity. You're supposed to screw the flange into the speaker. My speaker is a heavy 44-pound amp, Behringer K900FX 90-Watt 3-Channel PA System, and it comes with a stand connector built-in to the bottom, so I don't use the flange at all.
