(More customer reviews)Seller claims in the title that this is a "Wireless" microphone. BEWARE, IT IS NOT!!
Altho the ad states it is "shipped from and sold by majicsingstore" they deny having
anything to do with the sale or the ad!
Majicsingmall claims they did not place the ad and offers NO HELP!
Packing Slip identifies Magic Tech Co., LTD (NY) as being the seller and shipper. They deny misleading
and false advertisment and blames Amazon.com as being the designer of the ad. They will
accept return but only an 80% refund not to include shipping. This would cost me $56 on an order
of $177 when I placed the order with good intent and DID NOT receive what was advertised!
Beware ordering from any of these companies as you will probably not receive good customer service.
Its possible they are all in cahoots with each other in order to create confusion with their buyers
and to be able to blame the "other" guy.

(More customer reviews)I've seen similar karaoke machine from a friend of mine but it's a single microphone so I thought of buying similar one but with 2 microphone. I was thinking this will be much better because its much more expensive and dual microphone, I was surprised when I bought it. The microphone feedback to speaker has a delay of less than 1 sec. So it appears that you are singing slower than the karaoke. I'm so disappointed with this product so I returned it to Amazon.
If you want real Karaoke, don't buy this brand as it's not worth it!

Shipment was on time. Product was great with easy to install instructions.
I was not impress by the quality of the background music, some times it is not clear/loud enough and make you loose the lyrics. I guess for the low price it is still a good buy.

(More customer reviews)Great value compared to other song chips. Bought this for my sister-in-law. Most song chips have only 100-200 songs for the same price (Bought it for $54.98 with shipping). There are some repeat songs between the magic sing I also bought them and this chip, but not too many. Only issue I had was when installing it the arrow on the chip or in the instruction booklet was reverse. Your magic sing wont boot if the chip is reversed. I consider this a design flaw since you can insert the chip into the device backwards (hence the 4 stars). Otherwise this is worth it! I suggest reading the song list for details.

(More customer reviews)We ordered this item RUSH for a big birthday celebration, and it arrived right on time. We did a dry run at home the night before the event, and it was very easy to set up and to use. At the event, we had a whole different system to connect to, and it was still very easy to get working, despite the hubbub and crowds! We and our guests LOVED the ease of use, the interface, the song selection and the quality of the product. The wireless mics worked flawlessly-clear and crisp. It sounds fantastic-how great to be able to adjust each mic's volume and echo, and to select songs right from the mic simply by punching in a song number and hitting "play". You can also adjust the pitch and tempo of the song you have selected, although we didn't actually try these features out in the heat of the moment!
We've used stand-alone, boom-box type karaoke machines before, and they cannot even compare to the full experience of this set up. Of course, the sound will only be as good as your TV system's, so bear that in mind when purchasing. If you've got a good TV with stereo sound, or even a more sophisticated sound system, you will LOVE the way it sounds. It was definitely worth the price!
Our only complaint is in the organization of the song lists, which are in alphabetical order by song. A cross listing by artist would be most helpful. Apparently there is a search system, but we didn't have that sorted out yet when we were first using it. Also, they include a lot of useless "public domain" songs that are obscure and strange (in many cases). And searching through a whole slew of songs that begin with "The" under the "T's" instead of the shortened song name (think "The Locomotion" instead of "Locomotion") was a bit frustrating. I suspect we'll adjust......
