(More customer reviews)I love Ortofon's. I've been a vinyl DJ for 12 years and have used nothing but Ortofon needles. The Concord series is especially useful because it's easier to see where you are at on the record. The sound from these needles are crisp, loud, and clear. They also last quite awhile and I play for at least an hour every day. My last DJ series needles lasted a few years before they needed changing. I currently use two different Ortofon needles. I use the DJ series for at home because the stylus is sphercial therefore it is not wearing out the grooves in the record too quickly. I use the Nightclub series for when I play out. The nightclubs needles are special elliptical which means they track better and basically sound better than the DJ series but they will wear out the grooves quicker than the DJ Series. I will never use any other needle other than Ortofon. Quality needles are essential to DJ's and that is the reason why Ortofon are #1.
