(More customer reviews)Connecting these cables from my Behringer mixer into my Mackie amp ...I noticed a big difference in sound and amp reaction. The sound quality is greatly improved ...I don't know if that's an XLR advantage or a "Monster" advantage (...or both). My amp also reacts to how much it's being driven ...if I'm pounding the sound, I find the internal fan goes into overdrive. When I come down in volume, I noticed the fan speed drop down to a normal sort of idle. I was so impressed because, I had never noticed that before. Again, I don't know where the advantage lies, but it works better than expected ...at least for me.
