(More customer reviews)I am a DJ company from NJ and I just purchased this item brand new. I have used the CD Mix 2 in the past and enjoyed it for a few years before it stopped working properly. I figured I would upgrade to the CD Mix 3. I received it brand new and when I used it at my first gig, it worked great for the first 4 hours, but during the 5th hour, the right side tray would not open anymore. It would read TRAY OPEN, but remained closed. I was pissed about this!!!! When I got home from the gig I looked up the reviews on this item and found out this is very common with Numark products. I will most likely not be buying NuMark again... It's a shame because they are so light and easy to use... Just NO QUALITY!!!! DJ Tommy
